This project comprised alterations, remodeling & the refurbishment of an existing building to create a new bar and restaurant in Shropshire for a private Client.
Works commenced on site in circa July 2012 and were completed in October 2012.
As part of the alteration works undertaken, remodeling was undertaken to the existing building as well as alterations and improvements to the structure. Internally, the works also included new floor, wall and ceiling finishes as well as specialist fittings including Bar Servery Counters and Back-fittings, Display Units, Waiter Stations, Sanitaryware, Vanity Units, fixed seating, new hot & cold-water installations, provision of comfort cooling installations, electrical installations, fire alarm and communication installations.
Metrics were engaged to undertake a thorough analysis of the detailed costs of the refurbishment to identify the amount of Qualifying Expenditure to assist the Client in making a submission to HMRC for Capital Allowances.
