Metrics Property Consultants was founded in 2004 and is a multi-disciplinary practice offering a range of professional construction related services.

As a firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors, we provide a full range of Quantity Surveying services together with Project Management and Employer’s Agent services as well as Project Health and Safety, Capital Allowances and Life-Cycle Costing.

The Practice operates throughout the UK within many different sectors of the construction industry that includes Sports & Leisure, Commercial, Housing, Healthcare, Education, Retail, Barn Conversions and Historic Buildings.

We have a broad Client-base and provide a highly professional service to all our Clients. We understand the importance of strong relationships with our Clients and other members of the professional team.
